GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1 GENERAL
1.1. The following conditions apply to all orders and are deemed
accepted by the buyer by the sole fact of placing the order
1.2. Cancellation of an order can only be obtained with our consent.
1.3. Customers who are members of a state of the EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA benefit from a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day of delivery. They must notify us of their intention within the time limit by e-mail.
1.4. Reimbursement at our expense will be made upon return of the intact goods packed exclusively with the "return" kit provided for this purpose
1.5. Order errors due to omissions or inaccuracies on the part of
the buyer will imply that the modifications will be made at the buyer's expense.
2 PRICES
2.1. Public sales prices are in Euros and include all taxes and transport regardless of the country
2.2. The prices displayed are not contractual and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or delete our creations presented on our site. All information relating to photos, drawings, characteristics and dimensions that appear in our presentation are given for information purposes only.
3 WARRANTY
3.1. Our jewelry is guaranteed for 10 years against all manufacturing defects, provided that it is worn under normal conditions, has not suffered shocks, scratches or poor maintenance with abrasive products.
4 PAYMENT
4.1. As soon as payment has been made, the order is registered and confirmed by an e-mail which also sets the delivery time.
The customer is notified by e-mail of the exact date of delivery.
4.2 Payment can be made by credit card or by transfer to our bank account.
5 DELIVERY
5.1. Our lead times are generally one month and we specify this lead time when ordering. However, delivery times are given for information purposes only and cannot give rise to damages or penalties.
5.2. The completed pieces are made available to our customers in our Parisian premises or delivered to their homes by a secure service.
6 RETENTION OF TITLE
6.1. "Serge Volevatch Joaillerie" is a registered trademark
6.2. The models of the Company "Serge Volevatch Joaillerie" are registered. Any reproduction, even partial, by any process whatsoever, noted of all or part of one of its models will be subject to legal proceedings for counterfeiting.
7 CUSTOM WORK
7.1. Customers may ask us to make changes to the proposed models such as engraving, changing the nature of the gold or stone. If these changes result in additional costs, a quote will be sent to them. The manufacturing carried out on designs or models provided by our customers is carried out under their full responsibility and they undertake to immediately and completely replace us, in the event that we are sought, due to a patent or model registration.
8 ARBITRATION
8.1. The courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction in the event of litigation and dispute, even in the event of multiple defendants or a warranty claim. Payment by commercial paper or any other acceptance of payment does not operate as novation or derogation from this jurisdiction clause. Only the French language text of our conditions of sale shall be authentic in the event of a dispute.
